There are no extra parts. The one you saw/heard about are add-on parts that comes free when you get the particular copy of Hobby Japan(I think its December issue), much like Rasiel and Sefer and XN raiser parts. Considering it took this long for Astraea to finally make it into the official release, by the time they finally decide to release a 00V version of 00Q, we'll probably be too busy with MG Delta/Banshee/etc.

that lego v2 gundam is custom made from lego pieces, it's not an official product.
