Hi, just wanna know if there's any charges by AA (i.e.penalty. fee) for "no-show"....
Example: i book three tickets as a group but come to the actual date only myself can make it...would i be penalized for those two who's not coming...

This kind of situation happen to me last few months while travelling with another local airlines...We book and paid 3 return tickets (KL-Sandakan), but come to actual date one of my friend couldnt fly with us...during check-in, the counter staff told us that we need to inform them earlier in case of no show...otherwise we'll be penalised...i said whatta heck, got such thing arrr??? we already paid & summore not asking for refund ... ...luckly it's on the company, so i just said "whatteve la".....

So why can't I check in?

if i make the flight booking first and add those add-ons later (food, seat, luggage), will it still be the same price as if i would to get it together with the flight tickets?

Hi ALL AA SIFUS, I will travel from KCH to KUL this coming 10th MAC and the arrival stated is at 2050. My next flight is KUL to PEN at 2150. I plan to Web Check In for both flight and waiting in the LCCT boarding terminal.

My question is
1) Can I wait inside the terminal without going out to arrival hall at LCCT becoz this is my first time at LCCT

2) Any sifus have experienced like this kindly shared yours...

Congratz but crossing the Bay to HK, the ferry ticket no longer cheap anymore  ..Sometime, xtra to Hong Kong better thane expensive ferry ticket  unless you already inteneded to go both cities

Quite recent actually. I've done 3 bookings this year, 2 done during promotion period around February and one more few weeks ago regular ticket price.
All went smoothly without any problems with direct debit.
Seriously? How long was your flight delayed? Cause I have another flight from CHC to Auckland at 6am after arriving CHC around 11pm estimated time.
And I paid hundred plus for the hot seat. Cannot board first?

I just went to the airport to CHANGE my flight DATES/TIMES. However, I wasn't charged a single cent. Anyone know why? I was very prepared to pay, but the attendant kept saying that I don't have to pay anything! My booking is now confirmed on the new date in the system.

Is this normal? If yes, what's the rules and regulations? If it's not normal, WOW! I SAVED A LOT OF MONEY! Please tell me this is a MIRACLE

For me due to twice last min cancellation & to get back my refund to the Max, I no longer add-in baggages, food, insurance & etc..Only till weeks b4 going & confirmed. I started buying those add-on. Reason beeing..Once you cancel, those add-on & fare is consider burnt..You can only claim back the airport tax..

Take the risk lor..rather than forfeit all those added thingy..I kena badly on my aussie cancelled trip..so learnt from there liao  ..Also gonna forfeit my upcoming Hanoi trip bcos out of Holiday  ..NVM..very small amt nia haha 

No diff if you add before your flight.
