I flew AA from KL-CHC few days ago.
Everything went perfectly well. Book hot seats as well, very comfy. No problem or whatsoever. Overall very very satisfied with the service. Of course the food not that nice, but it's not a big issue. Hehe. |

I'm sure the current AA thread has already mention about this. I've also mentioned about it when I flew to NZ and back.
Going that time I book Hot Seat, very comfy. They don't provide anything unless you pre-book your meals and other stuff. Coming back I didn't book Hot Seat and just sat at the usual economy seat without paying for extra. Nothing much, just the space between seats a little smaller but almost similar to usual full airlines economy seats. For my NZ flights, I pre-book my meals, which was around RM40 (KL-NZ) and RM70 (NZ-KL). This includes two meals on board with two bottles of water each person. You can also pre-book your in-flight entertainment and comfort set thingy. I'm not sure how much since I didn't use them. Of course you can always pay and get it on the spot but it's more expensive as usual. If you're asking what do they provide for free? Then NOTHING, you can visit the toilet for free though. Water also have to buy. |
