Since after the 2nd wave of the iPhone 4, there are more choices for us to get the iPhone 4 and the gathering will be helpful for you guys to experience it and for those who so called wants to check the ANTENNA ISSUE are most welcome to do so. At the coming week will the puasa month and many of the forumer will be busy with that, so i have decided this will be right time for to arrange a gathering. Moreover the iPhone 4 population in LYN had increased for my understanding.

The agenda would be the demonstration of the iPhone's 4 new features, especially FaceTime. We can also hold a third iPad-related gathering together(after the launch in Singapore) with the iPhone 4 , with rounds of accessories recommendations, which would probably be a good time to introduce the excellent, the switch easy nude case for iPhone 4 will available(1 unit) . Anyone else who has other accessories that would like to share with the rest of the gathering attendees, please by all means , you're most welcomed to do so, so that the rest can benefit from your accessory of choice, and your recommendation of the said choice.

What we could be demoing is the SIM-card cutting from normal-sized SIM to the Micro-SIM to be fitted into the iPhone 4 with the sim cutter by Beavis68, ksc_3688 and stringfellow. That should also be beneficial for the folks planning to use trimmed-down normal SIM with their 3G iPads.

We can also help with the setup of FaceTime, other new related iPhone 4 features and its advantages over the iPhone 3G[S]. Hopefully, by the time the date arrives, there will me more iPhone 4-specific apps taking advantage of the improved specs so that we can demo that together as well.

The main agenda would be the iPhone definitely, with more on pooling of information of what accessories to get, and so on. The iPad segment would be if any other attendees would want information on what apps are purchased by others and recommendations by them.

There are many iPhone 4 available for demo and hands-on at the Gathering, with mine having installed iMovie, and Retina Display versions of apps such as Twitter and Real Racing. Also have purchased Eliminate Gunrange so that everyone can try out the gyroscope feature on the iPhone 4. I wished that Apple would have published that Jenga-like game Steve was playing during the Keynote though, that would be the most ideal app to demonstrate the Gyroscope capability. iMovie for the budding movie directors, and Real Racing Retina Display Edition is so sharpon such small screen, your eyeballs would bleed!

Other than that, the most obvious improvement would also be the most subtle: Safari, iBooks, and Google Map. Safari, even unzoomed is FREAKING READABLE because of Retina Display! It is that sharp! iBooks is like reading printed paper, and Google Map zoomed-in to Street View, is like opening a window when you Street-View to Paris!

Pictures and videos in the Photo Library. I kept the 4 videos Apple have on Apple.com in HD loaded on the iPhone, and it looks sublime! Pictures zoomed in to see pores if you like. Testing camera capabilities in low-light, tap to focus video and LED flash.

GPS lock-on in seconds. Apps opening in split-seconds even with apps running in the multitasking tray.

In short, you guys could probably make up a list to test out, probably some features that I have yet to explore. I'm learning too myself.

We Rule on the iPhone 4 no longer crashes to the Home Screen when too many farms or flying dragons or animated kingdom folks are roaming about. Pinch in and pinch out without lag, all thanks to the doubled RAM capacity.

Any iPad-related activities are also most welcomed, we can hold another multiplayer tournament, as well as person-to-person demos of your preferred apps on your iPad. I would suggest that we keep our outlook and noise level down to a tolerable standards so as to not be drawing unwanted annoyance to ourselves.

I'm in. I've just received my own beautiful Huawei e585 with OLED screen, this time, you guys can test it out to your heart's content. This was the "secret device" I brought to the very first iPad Gathering in The Gardens last time, and I had to decline shots of it taken because of the agreement I've made with my "insider" as it is still in testing phase in Maxis.

Our venue in Megan Avenue is graciously provided by our good friend Bikesh of iTrain http://www.itrain.com.my. The venue location should be of the classroom environment, airconditioned and roomy. At least this time, we have a venue of our own, and have our own discussion in proper location. Cheers to Bikesh for this!

So from me, I'll be bringing the iPad Joule stand, Waterfield stuff, Huawei e585 OLED, Novatel Wireless MiFi (for sale, since I'm using the e585), and if there are any need for extra micro sim cutter, I can bring mine. As for the software side, I've tons more apps for both the iPhone and iPad I have recently purchased. This time, since I'm on VPN already, attendees can try ABC Player live video streaming of ABC network TV show episodes, Hulu Plus for the iPad, and Pandora music streaming service! Those into Astronomy can try out this cool app called Distant Suns. I also have received and accepted into the Flipboard service, so you can try that out on my iPad. Tons of new games like Monkey Island 2: Special Edition, MultiPong, Zen Bound 2 HD, Sim City Deluxe, plus Retina-optimized games such as Archetype, Jet Car Stunts and Hero of Sparta 2! Also games on SD like Let's Golf 2! and Konami Pro Evolution Soccer for iPhone. If into photography I have purchased Hipstamatic ap with all its in-app lenses, films and photo-developing extras. You'll get to try these out when you come this 5th!

I can bring my Panasonic GH1 together with the Cam Kit and iPad/iPhone, we can try out the connectivity options between these devices. Those with other cameras can come and try it out, I have a spare WiFi iPad that can be used as a test slate for you to see how seamless the process is to transfer, view and analyze your shots on the iPad.

if you got iphone with data plan and ipad without 3G, you can always use MiWi on iphone and use your ipad to connect to it for internet

well it is near klcc as the previous gathering we had...and mode for public transport also available...

I kept on getting the impression that MEgan Avenue is near Jalan Yap Kwan Seng instead of the actual location pictured on the map. Sorry guys, my apologies. The one near Yap Kwan Seng is Megan Avenue II, the one near to Ampang PArk is Megan Avenue I, so the closest LRT station is in fact Ampang Park, and Yuva, you were right. My apologies again.

I've extended an invitation to the big boss of MacStudio when I was there at their place just now. He just received his iPhone 4, so it's a good start to get him up and running on his new baby. Also extended the same invitation to the nice chap I sold my 16GB iPhone 4 to, he's working at KopiClub Low Yat Plaza. He was ecstatic beyond words when I gave him his hard-earned iPhone 4 and congratulated him. I'm happy I can make good people like these happy.
