Someone called me and offer rm1.4mil for my unit of 3-storey link house.
Also, for your info i am getting my key on Tue.
For those who wanted to get waiver on the late charges, email her and then call her to look into it.
She will usually come back to you right after you called her.
I think most of the people who asked for waiver got it afterall. No issue on that.

My house pending repair of 19 defects reported.  May I how was the previous gathering to report on the G&G issues for phase 2a, 2b and 2c? I would seriously prefer the guard house to use access card rather than depending on the guards. They seems to be allowing anyone to enter with minimal checking at the moment. |

For those who yet to collect the access card and car sticker, pls do so else you would have problem entering the compound. Pls go to the clubhouse to get it by signing a letter and provides your car plate no. and model too.
