I thought the original site plan did reflect what you saw (houses facing each other are somewhat "mis-aligned" by half the width of a typical unit)

I dun see any problem with the alignment, DU 4/9 are almost 99% correct, DU 4/8 may misaligned a few inches perhaps. 
End Lot is ok as well

If you study the locality plan in the SPA and title properly, you may see both side are not 100% aligned, variance bout 5%, the actual unit can see the variance is slightly bigger. I dun see any big problem with it.

For Jalan DU 4/9, Lot no fr 187 - 200 wich is facing Lot 212 - 201 are totally not aligned, bout 30% gap and the actual unit is following accurately.

I am just wonder, jacuzzi exposed to outside, how to be "comfortably" enjoying the jacuzzi?

Better check more important like structural crack, WATER LEAKING esp toilets, water pressure and later the iwk tahi system...this 1 will be very jialat is burst

Mah Sing is a funny or weird developer. Before selling, they will promote the development with top Fung Shui like joey yap for KR.
But when they build the houses later,  they Don bothered to follow the basics.

The pole at the top floor is supposed to provide support for the steel structure but dun think is good from feng shui pt of view and neither is it nice.

Working on having the pole relocated...

But must comment on the unit finishing. Overall it's good, haven't seen any crack on the walls . Looks like Conques rating helps here. Spoken to project managers and they mentioned that selected units were checked for the ratings.

You can summit yr inspection anytime within 24 mths
You can complaint anything that you think is not built according to spec, including facade look, the worker will look into it, it they think you complaint is unreasonable, they will just ignore it. I hv not checked mine, shd be 1 or 2 minor defects only.
Defect checking is very subjective, in one of the project in BJ, most owners hv bout 5-10 defects while 1 special owner raise 171 defects, the whole house is full of tape markings!

Auto gate box? You mean the place for owner to install auto gate later? Or come with auto gate already? Mind to share? Thx....
