it was already informed that KR going to be LH. and the goin price is 700+. but still i dont see it having problem to sell. Cant find good property with good locations on FH nowadays. so need to learn to live with it

but is it new property? or used? think nowadays with LH price alredi goin close to 6-700k+. its even harder to find FH in a reasonable range

went to the sales office today. yea and saw the queue. mostly foreigners employed by ppl to queue there. 700+ for 2stry. 800+ for 2 half. 900+ for 3 stry.

my dad say probs MH is doing this themselves to boost the sales LoL smile.gif

for potential buyers of KR houses. pls take note that this area is directly below the flight path of commercial aircratfs taking and landing to/fro KLIA. at any one time u can see an airplane taking off and also slowing down for landing.

on average day there might be 20-30 planes crossing our areas.

on rainy days, those planes sounds like its going to crash land into the forest area. biggrin.gif

i hope this thread will be around 2-3 yrs from now. so they can see for themselves why they have ppl queing up before the launch. smile.gif

trust me, for potential buyers better grab it now if interested or ok to buy. its not a waiting game

yup u can actually hear the engines slowing down. its that loud. can try hang around the area, most probs u'll see some planes coming down for landing

u r right. many lots will be empty initially, but slowly it will be occupied. when they have found buyers (at the right price smile.gif). its normal nowadays when comes to landed property, esp in a hot area.

TDU is about 1 yrs old, there are still about 40% vacant lot. but i think it will be reduced to bout 20% by yr end. bcos everywhere u look, there are reno on-going sad.gif

just got a neighbour who decided not to take up the KR 2storey unit. went on to buy a DU3 unit @ 485k for his family. bit desperate smile.gif

think they will reach 500k mark by end of yr. can consider sell mine take 100k+ profit, and go back stay with my parents for a while biggrin.gif

i think they were queuing on the launching day. but maybe jz realised 700k and 480k got alot of $$$ diff. so probs pull out last min

if decided to buy, can proceed to book a unit. price is really climbing now. Kinrara Melody is not bad too. but abit close to the main road. sure be noisy

hi future KR residents, jz wan share some info with u all.

got a neighbour whos 2 sons bought each a unit of 2storey of the new damai houses (the ones with show units erected) early this yr. jz last mth back he was notified that the price 488k that was agreed on will be raised another 100k to 588k.

so they got 2 choice. pay another 100k OR u going to like this. mahsing will pay them 100k cash per unit to let them go. biggrin.gif

so i think MS is doing everything they can to level off the house prices there, in-sync with the new development.

for future house buyers. they wont be cheap houses in this area anymore sad.gif

yea i can feel the frustration of future house buyers. KR shld be a very nice place to live in. so i think the investment are worth while. no need point fingers at anyone. its an open forum, everyone is entitled to his/her opinions.

if u ask me now, with the current price i wld still think its a good buy. u might wan to google back this msg in 2013 biggrin.gif

wow long time didnt log into property talk lyn. KR is the top of the list. haha so hot. jz like the freaking weather nowadays.

last weekend saw some soft launch at KR site office when pass by, dunno for wat units now. cant afford it anyway haha

not bad for a site full of WW2 bombs. my row in damai3 is facing directly to the first few building erected in KR. i heard thats the clubhouse and future showrooms? they r working right into the nights. mah sing really wan to push the completion date.

few times majlis perbandaran came in to ask them stop working due to noise generated past midnight

this does not affect one party. its on all the house owners. entire taman and the next taman and the next next taman.

do u think the gov will kick out all the residents?

anyway lets watch wat happen to the rich PJ folks LoL. then we shld know our fate when the lease is up. when our great grandchildren are owning the houses smile.gif


Added on May 31, 2011, 11:44 amKR (and Damai phase 2) are pushing for completion of the houses.

i see them working sometimes up to midnight. with cranes and cement mixers.
