actually i'm wondering what's the consideration of deciding the right mouse?

Very first factor is of course whether you will be comfortable holding the mouse or not. There are various shapes and you have to find one that suits your palm.

With or without the USB soundcard will also be good. If you don't use the USB soundcard, make sure you have a decent dedicated soundcard (at least not an on-board soundcard) to get the best out of it.

i've said it before, imo 5.1 headphones are gimmicks.
a good stereo set + soundcard is enough for gaming.

Orca is more towards audiophile instead of gaming?

Naga for me.. Wow mouse is damn ugly..and the 12 side buttons would be useful..

i read some guides saying if more bass means less directionality, isnt that bad for fps?

not really, just if the bass is more muffled rather than tight sounding...well basically it spills over everywhere and stuff like footsteps etc arent as clear as they should be especially with lots of other explosions etc around u...
but of cos if u just camp and gay most of the time...wont really matter...u deserve to die
