im using ikari laser, i think it's more or less the same shape and weight. But i assure you, it's heavier then Kinzu, Abyssus and Krait. =) Go to shops and ask if they can open it for you to 'feel' . dont regret buying the mouse that you won't like in future, you'll end up changing mouses every 3 months like me 

SteelSeries never really had a bling concept for their products. They lean more towards performance and durability.

2 types, V1 and V2.
difference is the 25% increase in sound driver size from 40mm to 50mm. Better sound quality and leather cushions in the V2 instead of the foam in the V1. Also the V2 has an integrated mic built into the left earcup.

Siberia V2 is multifunctional actually. But of course if you want good bass in your music, get a music headphones.

Anyone tried hanging their siberia v2 around their neck before? I choke everytime i do that How to carry it around? lol

yeah slightly tight. hope it will loosen up in the future 
very comfortable despite the tightness. and sound quality is crystal clear.
as for the bass, not really exactly heart beating. but is ok for me since i aint a bass head

p/s - if u realise. the song impossible by shontelle. starting part theres some *water dripping* sound. can't hear that using normal speaker, only can hear with headsets. on the 7h even ur volume is moderate. u can listen tat extremely clearly.

to me both is almost the same 
I hang my Siberia on my LCD screen.

Hangs V2 on neck. However it doesn't choke me as much as the V1 for some reason. I guess the leather cushions reduce the pressure.

I wonder where can we get this kind of stand.
hate to leave it hanging on my screen or lying around on my table, messy.

nice..just want to share with you..
im using roccat kave for my gaming headset...
the sound quality is the best..
but the cons is the weight...quite heavy when it too long on your head...

i means size doesnt matter if say that mouse is urs and u like it size just bring it along
not means try a different size mouse that u not familiar at cc  la ^^

ikari optical cant use the dpi changer button to change dpi setting??

I just use 800 for sniping and fps uses... 1600 for RTS mode~ 

I only play shooters anyway, I dont need those ultra high sensitivity settings, and I read optical mice are better than lasers when it comes to FPS games. Still, Logitech's MX518 has it beat hands down with regards to features and build quality, and at half the price too.

Well, there's no actual line whether it is worth it or not. If you think that by using an optical mouse can help improve your experience with a gaming mouse then to me, it is worth it. You won't want to be using something that you don't like or not comfortable with.

Moving cursor like the cursor just moves itself without moving the mouse. But I don't think I want an optical ikari. Maybe going to DA. Thanks anyway

or maybe some dirt got trapped in your sensor there.

My mouse is actually 2 months old and i clean it quite often, so i think the dirt shouldn't be the problem. But for the mousepad wise, im using QCK+.

@ yong : No vibrations, no speakers turned on while using the mouse, and i think there is nothing blocking the cable.

But i think its the mousepad issue.
