don't worry la nothing 1, after pull out for cleaning or accidentally fly out.. just attach back and try push tougher. it will be quite tight 1.
most of mechanical switches key cap is like that one.

mine also same, 1st time suddenly fly out, then i realize i can just use finger to remove the key caps without the puller. put back just push harder (no longer fly out accidentally.)

OEM version Kinzu is wicked, cool. Now the Kinzu on my desk only cost me RM49 but really nice.

Xai will be nicer for long period usage. However, i rather Ikari design if gaming non-stop up to 10 hours.
Kinzu is use for as usual when lazy to move my arm (always moving whole arm and palm when palm gripping)

I doubt it is not perfectly compatible with 64bit window.
Mine is laser version and got no problem at all. not really heard about any jitter issue on Ikari laser as well. Overall i can say it is the best ever mouse for me.

Anyway, mine has no any jitter issue as well. Try to use it on hard mat, it should improve the situation before you able to send it for RMA.
