sorry for exaggerating, but I still think it's kind of unfair. If I buy Inter-Asia's stock, that means I need pay RM30 if I were to RMA my SS product?

Why must go thru those "exclusive shops"? what about those people staying up north?

. thats really absurd for charging. whats the main reason? what does the RM30 do? if 1 to 1 exchange for warranty claim and get charge then it's fine. if just warranty claim, it's pretty pointless.
