Siberia V2 still lacks the level of bass the competition gives but has more clarity due to the better treble and highs.

No la, Moderno acts as a partner for Play Interactive where you can send your Inter Asia products and send to Moderno and they will handle it for you. But they charge a fee of RM 30 if the products were purchased from other dealers .

Finally! We can claim our SS warranty from Play Interactive. But the thing is need to pay RM30...

The service fee is our fees for handling the RMA for items that are not purchased under us. For items that was purchased under us, no service fee applied as the warranty terms was already covered in the purchase.

This include the cost of sending back the item to Play Interactive (fuel / postage fees,..etc)..We're just helping to arrange for warranty for items that are not purchased under us...but we also have to cover our cost in offering the service. This service fee also also includes for items that we purchased directly from Inter-Asia during the promotion stocks clearance period.

You can also sent back the item through the place / dealers / retailers that you bought from and I believe there will be no charge as the item was sourced from them.

However you can guys can also sent the item directly to Play Interactive with no cost.

The White Ikari is using a gloss coat so dirt won't stick on it. In fact, my Ikari Optical (gloss) looks good as new after 6 months compared to my Ikari Laser which began to show signs of overuse.

not all. i walk few shops for the intention to find demo unit only but when i saw 249 for the siberia v2 in one of the shops on 3rd floor. i cant resist to buy it. lol

found it to have higher bass compared to the 7H and kinda loose.
the earcups cant totally covered my ears. nv cover my cuping telinga. its very loose at that part.

so im wondering is this how its suppose to be?
