How much can we expect for rental for a fully furnished 816 sqft here? Is AIRBNB allowed to do business here? The verve got notice from the high court that it is banned...so how?

Why very hard? Can you state your reason? If turn it into 2 studio units with fully furnish, won't it be possible to rent at least RM2500 each?
