have made all the consideration and asked around, estimated cost would be around RM10k to RM20k, which i think is not bad considering the fact that the surrounding area is less supply of a studio with that price tag.

so the hoo haa hoo haa about the MRT3 station is now all over bcoz PH finally took over. Will this property drop in value since no MRT 3 station nearby, gst abolish soon, so who will have the upper hand?
