No idea but I think they will only build it during final phase when hotel plus office blocks are ready.

This is DIBS project. I'm sure they will try to avoid any delay unless they go burst....
On othr hand, ramp will be build in 2 phase. 1st phase is direct ramp fr federal highway and ldp to by 2016. 2nd phase is u turn and underpass by 2018.

For Icon City the concept was a bit different where I was made known that MS will not sell the hotel and retails mall. Hotel and retail will be lease to out hotel chain and mall operator.

Don't take the list price. Those buyer got very steep discount. If remember correctly it is up to 10%.

This thread has become Mah Sing Bashing Thread and people are generalizing without looking into details especially pro and con of each project.

While i do recognize some point that MS suffered from stigma issue, not all their projects are bad but the way they were described as if MS is in the same league as the infamous Talam.

Cmon, MS cannot be the 2nd biggest dev after SPS if their track record was indeed that bad.

Lately Icon City won award for having the most comprehensive traffic dispersal system with seamless ingress and egress.
Not many developer are willing to put in such amount $$ into infra although some may argue that it was already factored in the pricing... rclxms.gif

Design wise im confident it will be an impressive one but the same kenot be say for finishing and build quality. Ms is never known for that.....

The design itself is probably quite plain but not to the extent of sibeh jialat.
I think m suite suffer from over pricing by developer couple with too many supply around the vicinity and not due workmanship.

I have no idea on how it look inside especially the finishing but from outside it is definitely stunning! Its like stacking up lego bricks!
