I cannot accept the layout without living hall. Maybe I'm old school but suprisingly most unit booked was dual key.
Comes with 2 parking.
Others r only with 1 parking except 3 rooms wan.

Yes, dual key mainly investor. Anyway you can tear down the wall and use that space for living hall rclxms.gif

Dual key is from 717 sf onward. 2 and 3 bedroom type.
675 ft normal layout with 2 rooms.

You cannot build commercial and residential under industrial title.
The title has been converted when they took over from Matsushita.

Not sure about others but for service residence u can get LTV 90% if its ur 1st or 2nd props.
For big boss like u wif 4 property, sorry la, confirm LTV 70%

Boss, the UFO shape is still there at the entrance. This tower 2 residential is going to be in dark grey color similar to sdb's 5 stone facade.

I agree with you. In malaysia we lack this kind of facade. Most of the building requires massive painting. U know malaysian standard la. After 5 years the building will look like ur worn out jeans.
Glass wall also not bad coz u require less painting. Only need window cleaning.

The upcoming Paragidm Residence is rumoured at 950-1000psf making Icon worthwhile considering. Furthermore min size 800sf, entry cost is definetely much higher.

The only setback so far is no news on retails mall yet. I think Mah Sing will start with office blocks first followed by hotels and retail.
