Sunway will control the tenant for the commercial shoplots and i for sure sunway able to bring in the famous store like jaya grocery, village grocery, parkson...

U are way too optimistic with all the future projects la. Name me what are the large multinational companies are based in Cheras? Highly paid professionals in KL got options to stay in Jalan Ampang, Tmn Desa, Seputeh, Bangsar, Setapak. Why must stay in Cheras?
