It seems the whole construction has slow down.... Other projects from MS r not doing well, guess MS has started facing financial problem...

As mentioned, I have no idea about Maluri Cheras. Sunway is a well known developer. But I still prefer PJ.

Generally icon city has a good commercial concept. I personally like the gourmet street, where it is all about F&B. If Gourmet Street is only opened for lease, and the developer has a strong leasing team to attract the world renown F&B brands and famous local delights (e.g. Wu Tung @ Lot 10), sure it will turn to be the F&B hot spot in Klang Valley.

So? Yes, Bintang Bintang is a tourist area for shopping. What else? Is there any good and famous primary/secondary schools in Cheras? Colleges? Almost all the highly paid job opportunities are in PJ (besides in KL town). U don't buy RM 1k psf Velocity just bcos it's closed to Bukit Bintang right? Might as well consider that Gamuda project, walking distance to Alor street smile.gif

U are way too optimistic with all the future projects la. Name me what are the large multinational companies are based in Cheras? Highly paid professionals in KL got options to stay in Jalan Ampang, Tmn Desa, Seputeh, Bangsar, Setapak. Why must stay in Cheras?

I have 3 properties in PJ and all my tenants r white color prof from the MNC. From the way u comment, dun think u are those ppl who work in the MNC. Please continue to support Cheras.

Yup, it's a chap area. U will feel unsafe especially at night. Most of the whit colors are now moving to Puchong n PJ. I have friends working in Accenture, n all of them r now staying in PJ.

Tough competition for mall. this icon city also not far from midvalley. IGB also won't stand there n die.
i think now midvalley mall also undergoing massive renovation half floor by half floor.
tenant relocation, tenant list reshuffle, inject new unique blood, some retailer need to close shop for more than 1 year.
overall quite impressive. think by end of 2016 will have whole new midvalley look.

-listed company taukeh stay at mont jiulai area macam balakong,kajang,semenyih,batu 11cheras.

Visited I-city sales gallery. The whole project is impressive n well planned. For instance, all of their F&B outlets facing the lake are for lease, not for sale, n they r allowed to operate 24 hours. The developer has full control on the tenant selection (no ah beng ah kao F&B operators). Hilton hotel will be operating there too! Gosh! What has MS done to this icon-city to compete with I-city?? hmm.gif
