Another 2 good examples are Midvalley city by IGB, n Sunway city by Sunway Group. Both developers put in lotsa resources focusing on developing the 'city' since day one, n keep enhancing the 'city' till present. UOA knows what's their strength, that's why we can see almost 70% of the development r office buildings, some more applied n got the MSC status, in order to attract the MNCs to setup offices there. So dear Mah Sing group, what's your strength? N what does it make a difference between Icon City n the rest?

In that case, the owner can do any kinda business without any restriction.
