It's coming to third quarter of 2015 but still no news about who will manage the mall and hotel. Approached by an agent last week and he said that nothing is confirmed.

The shop lots n the gourmet street are nearly completed but they never tell ppl what are Feb outlets. Based on their usual marketing activities, they sure publish if got confirmed tenants like Red Lobster, TGIf, Starbucks, Rakuzen, etc. Looks like this gourmet street likely fail miserably.....

Hard to tell. MS is now in high gearing, dunno whether they will sell off the phase 2 land bank to someone else. i also heard some top management ppl have resigned recently.

Looks like the SOVO SOHO purchasers are starting to feel the pinch of paying GST. Every bill that is being generated after April 1st 2015, subject to GST.
