I think ms will delay the launches of phase 2. Current market condition not so favorable i supposed.

If MS said they will sell or manage their the mall themselves the whole project is as good as koyak. Having said that the location of this mall is really good. If the interchanges is build as per their masterplan i can imagine the traffic they can bring as the mall is sitting on the interchange of 2 busiest highway in malaysia, ldp n federal.

Last time i heard they are in talks with capital mall but dunno what is the status now.

I think this mall location really a turn off for me.central of jam.paradigm mall i also seldom go because really try to avoid this place afraid stuck in traffic. Mahsing other mall in subang there also likely to fail.remind me so much of giza sunway in kd.

They cannot manage the mall. They juz dun have the expertise at all. If only rely on a few tenant like jaya grocer the mall is as good as gone. U need anchor tenant n the mall size is not small. Pls dun end up like ss2 mall.

i recall they present to me last unit few yrs back n it looks ok but when i see d surrounding area with d below average spending power despite good access, i feel d commercial thr wont make it..

depends on whether the jam is those "just passing by" or going into / patronizing / living there. but yes, generally, a place that is jam means there are enough population density in the area. i would be more worried investing in an area with no traffic at all.

Ya.. the initial plan is very nice...but if the 2nd phase plan is changed to residential...then no point they make so many ramp to connect to this project.. their idea and ambitious partly also come from Mid Valley

Those gourmet street shops were sold out long time ago.. Then will have leasing team to help lease out their shop

Then heard that early 2016 will start their shopping mall project..

I heard they will launch phase 2 which include shopping mall in Q1 or Q2 next year.
