Too many are driven by MS bad image and pre-judging on this project as a commercial failure from the beginning. But if one purely look at the fundamentals of what makes a good and viable project, primarily strategic location, visibility, high traffic area, great infrastruture, good accessablity and so on, this project cannot fail... but it does not mean that it will be a big success like Mid-Valley which require some good management. So in conclusion, this project will perform from average to good. But it will not be doom to failure!
