10 mils and above....already paid 1 yr instalment..... u do the maths

aiya....people that buy 10mil per pop property usually make their money elsewhere lah.......
dun need to cry for them........in fact....indirectly we are paying for their interest in most cases.

midvalley megamall was a hit from the very beginning.

they found some tenant including 7-11 where maybe laugh stock by some of you 😓 But I will appreciate by pressing G floor n I can reach a can of beer..
But to get more tenant for commercial still long way to go..
20% was told by the staff but I have a doubt also.. if say 20% start for renovation and wait for tenant to move in may be possible.. anyway it just start vp for few months and tower 2 yet to pass key..

all said and done - the quality of my unit is very good. i only had ONE complaint - water mark above toilet bowl which i hope is easily rectified.

i'm impressed with their customer office, management office, overall quality of materials used, the park landscaping and even the underground carpark isn't HOT like many other malls - the airflow is good.

not interested in all the punting comments i.e. this will fail because 1,2,3 or this will be a success because 1,2,3 - what's important to me is the finishing is good (not sure other blocks - i'm in T2 residence) and i'm OK with the price I paid.

i'm playing the long game - so i know in 10-15 years once I've paid off the loan, the rental cashflow will be decent. to all owners, let's work together to make it a good place - JMB will be an important next step.

It seems social responsibility is negative on this project.

ini project mati liao. they wash hand run away liao. shop owners sendiri save sendiri.

This area transformation is started. Not so soon in next 5 yrs. but definitely look very different in 10 yrs coming down.
