Those shop holding by rich corporate. Won’t lower the rental. Take it or leave it. Else already fire rental price for all chapalang shop to open up. The rental only rich chain shop like 7-11 can sustain

But if go to KL you can escape it through inner route of Icon City and go out at the exit near Garden 33. The phase 2 is planning to launch next year. Not sure will cause any issue or not |
