Most of the studio rented out. 1400-1600 for fully furnished. You can try ur luck. But 1300-1400 will higher chance to get one

Tower 2 not up to 1000 psft i guess. Slightly lower than 900 psft. Currently best performance unit is dual key studio unit. Can get 1300-1600 depending on the furnishing. So both unit rent out can get 2600-3000+

I do agree that the dual key unit is the best investment unit here. But i see there is only 1 type of dual studio unit in the entire tower 1 and 2 layout.
Must be very very limited edition.

There are 2 dual key layout at T2. One more dual key is 2 BR attached with Studio. But the best one is 2 unit studio unit. I think mainly due to around this area people only expect to pay around 1000+ - 2000 only. So Studio best fit this group of people budget. 2BR has no choice to match this range of budget too
