You need to go along SS8/39 and SS3/39 and go until Paradigm Mall that junction. Another way is go out to Western Digital that under flyover junction.

Generally it is very convenient if you have car. If not need to take Grab or UBER to travel around.

I guess 2 access card, 1 parking card. Additional can apply 1 more access card. As for isovo, you can apply staff card for your staff

Shop lot just started to picking up. With few shop open up. Residenz better OR. But still a lot space to fill up. A lot ownstay oledi move in now. Office side oso slowly fill up now

Not as doom as you imagine. In fact the studio unit here able to fetch over RM4psf handsome rental. The studio unit now limited stock. But 2BR and above honestly seem having difficult time to rent out at good price. The inquiry keep on flow in from a lot agent. But appetite not really right and has to let go

Natural light not an issue at all. Haven't hear any complaints regarding insufficient natural light. Here has Central Park distance each tower. Just the view facing Central Park is blocked by other tower for those low floor one

Somehow, MS shd have started getting tenant for the Mall earlier (b4 mall is completed) !

This project mostly attract tenant that located around PJ, Kelana Jaya and Sunway. The market quite specialized. But the pool of tenant is limited lor. No KL guy will come here to rent.

And for commercial really 🙈
Got 7-11 is good enough already. Can have a bakery and grocery shop will be plus point. Others no hope so much oledi

Dual key has 2 units for 1 house. Can split and rent separately. Each unit rent from 1200-1700 depend on furnishing and also negotiation. Nowadays mostly rent 1400 and above for this dual key.

Yeah. Chobar quite good biz so far. A good start for the bar owner. Hopefully his biz same good after more shop open. 7-11 has been delayed opening. Not sure when open. KTV and wine shop are started renovation also now. Still waiting for makan shop to come in
