Heard that there are a few COO from MS left the company. The company culture is changing as the second generation tai zi ye are interfering the decision making.

Heard the residence tower fully sold. CentreStage studio rental can get RM 1,500 a month. So this newly completed icon city studio can offer higher rental rate?

Empire city outlook is different from all the malls / commercial development. Got Euro feel cool2.gif

Icon City outlook is quite futuristic, but tenants wise, Empire city has got some new brands / theme where normal mega malls don't have them. Unless Icon City can bring in new big famous tenants where other malls also don't have, or create a theme where other malls don't have too. Successful malls attract big crowd with 2 major things - F&B and Cinema. Die or not, it depends on this Gourmet Street.

good news is there is only 2 residential towers with different sizes of units. Can consider low density compared to other mix development. i Sovo is MSC status. If like that also don't appreciate much, then whole PJ can tabao.

And not to mention SPAD is putting in the BRT on Federal Highway. It will then become the most happening and vibrant highway in town shocking.gif

Yes, cos these shop lots are sold to the purchasers, so MS can't fully manage them. But i overheard that it will be an Asian food street la, got Korean, Japanese, Chinese, Taiwanese, Thai, Balinese, type of F&B wo whistling.gif
