when there slowdown, your download speed is stable and almost maximum all the time (almost Straight line)

when there no slowdown, your download speed fluctuate and never reach maximum (Up and Down line)

that is your port problem.. last time my 4mb was capped to 510Kbps.. It turn out my port is faulty or the ip dlsm is faulty

just take a screen shot, send by email or call 100 and say u want speak to Advance support team or level2 support.
