FLV is trottle regardless of what ip address.. Youtube slow like snail

if you are under torrent, then no choice opt for VPN please
torrent is long being throttle by TM already

But could you please avoid using those free VPN and torrent for your own selfish need.. Get a paid VPN, they are more suited for torrenting
you are just getting not torrent user ip blacklisted due to your selfish need

PPS yes.. it throttle too

depending which server you are connected

if your download location is at US and your VPN server is at EU

fom US -> EU -> MY.. sure speed slow lah

Its no use

From what i know malaysia lines are mostly blocked from other countries..

While in singapore they partner most of the countries like Australia , united states , china , japan

Most like get maximum up to 200ms even you connected to US

Malaysia Upload speed is terrible...

I used iphone 4g at a starbucks can even stream a HD 720p video within minutes .

ADSL 2+ max upload around 5Mb only, what u expect ? doh.gif
SG got nice ping because their pipeline is big, many route can go. They are using the same fiber network as us. U think they so rich go lay own fiber direct SG to US meh ?

answer from /k/ are either bullshit or true, u should know that wink.gif

reset port, is when you having hang session. where you DC and cant reconnect. Then just call tm and say you hang situation.. they know what to do, reset port is one of the method

basically connection to EU server now are pretty fakap now, so have to bear with it.. US seem fine
if u are torrenting, then i suggest you VPN because torrent throttling is along already have since streamyx introduction

other than that, just trial and error
reconnect get different set of IPs, test which IP give you best speed and every time try to remain that ip

these few days my youtube is damn slow(around 10++kb/s_.sometimes it is no even loading.
any solution?would proxy help? What is the recommended proxy?
*
try download AVI and FLV file, if you notice the different in speed then there throttling, if no then is your internet line slow

proxy ? yes it does help to a certain extend only
proxy are mostly free and i highly doubt they can provide real good speed
