QUOTE(-ZeN- @ Aug 4 2010, 11:59 AM) i failed still, that was moon's built, but i always become indecisive, so i currently testing build and so on, so see which type of play style suit me, cause is hard for me due to my actually never really played RTS much before. was always FPS, but SC2 really make me see the fun and "deep"-ness in RTS. You didn't have to chance to see my late game built.I got player Strategy la, but is in term of turn based type. RTS is very new to me actually. i didnt even finish any RTS game before except for SC and BW. When you captured gold minerals spam barracks instead of reactor because it takes longer time to produce more initial defense (marines). Then tech up to tanks for easier defense while expanding to the farthest available expansion from opponent for extra gas. Also build a barrack to scout to ensure you adapt accordingly =) |

Alright I just play 4 games in a row. 2 wins and 2 losses. My weakness is quite apparent, its transitioning from one build to another.

Oh, that is all about micro management.
Just kill Spore Crawlers and spam nuke. That's what I've done. For infestors' one I used neural parasite to kill marines and SCVs This post has been edited by Moonflown: Aug 4 2010, 06:17 PM |

If you actually take your sweet time to observe the map you can see there is a huge flaw in the map design which I think is on purpose.
There are 3 lanes right ? You use ghost to nuke the top and bottom unguarded bases ( no detectors) On the highest lane, top lane, left lane, Nuke the hatcheries, aim the nuke towards the minerals to kill more drones Mid lane, use your ravens to spam turrets to destroy the spine crawler and roaches. Then move your ghost to the T-junction and aim the nuke over the ledge. There is huge amount of zergs down the ledge in the centre of the map. The area with the square. Nuke once enough. Right lane, this probably the hardest one. Move to the edge of the T-junction and nuke the base to your right of the junction. THis removes all detectors and spines. Keep to the right most of the map and bring in your ravens. As many as possible. Move them over the sea and move to the edge of the map. Use seeker missiles to destroy the mutalisk, overseer. Place your ghost over the ledge again and nuke twice. This post has been edited by ngeseong: Aug 4 2010, 06:26 PM |

Hmm, as I had observed there are a total of 5 overseers in that map right? is it better if in the beginning I nuke the first junction there? (coz got 2 spore detector) then 1 nuke at the center, then 2 nukes at the left, 1 nuke to the right and spam the rest on the 12'clock baseThere are 3 lanes right ?
