anyone recently load starcraft 2 takes longer time?

I mean like after logging your account, then switch to multiplayer, then the circle just cycling there for like 1 ~ 3 minutes. I remembered last time was instant ...

on your battle.net page, see if its SEA.battle.net or US.battle.net (especially on your sc2 game added page)

from my understanding wireless broadband of any kind will have high latency, you sure about that?

You need landline broadband, go for fibre. I hardly get lags on mine.

Can the following specification of Laptop play SC2 ? at least low profile level:

Intel Core i5 M450 @ 2.4Ghz
4GB Ram (3 usable)
Win7 32 Bit
Intel HD Graphic

Windows experience Index 4.3 : -> Desktop performance for Windows Aero

I am confuse here as this GC sometimes out perform the min requirement stated by Blizzard , some times exceeding it. Before tryign to install intend to ask for advice here.

*note: This to crunch my thirst while I am travelling on job, normally I will be on my Desktop

2nd Question I intend to install on an external HDD will can it work ?

1) if it does outperform (mainly the gfx card) the min requirement stated by blizz, then it should be fine. though all is said, i wouldnt trust gaming with intel onboard graphics.

2) since sc2 is file based, installing on ext hdd and running from it should be 100% workable. one thing you should note though, since majority of ext hdd does not perform on full power (unless your ext hdd have additional power inputs) and/or run on lesser speeds 5400rpm speeds, loading/initial game performance may suffer a lot until you play 2-3 games at least for majority of the files/pageswaps be cached into the RAMs/local hdd (pagefile) etc.

bottom line, to be 100% confirm on the above 2 answers, be sure to download/copy sc2 first, and test for yourself to be 100% sure.
