Hope someone here can help me. My connection break off four to five times per hour when
i am using the internet. When the connection breaks it will search for network then reconnect
automatically. Sometime i need to press connect myself and sometime i cannot reconnect
and have to wait a few hours. Do you think the GO usb devise is faulty and should i bring
it personally to lot 10 for them to check? My signal 1 to 2 bars .Thanks

My question is, if I dun finish rm30 within a month n I top up again , will my previous balance Be rolled over or forfeited? Thx

Why can't I use VPN on Yes Huddle with Win7?

Try to connect with PPTP, it will appear to connect. Then when try to browse, it will disconnect immediately while attempting to load the first webpage.

Try with L2TP/IPSec, it will appear blocked - can connect, but cannot browse at all.

On Linux can connect and browse, both PPTP and L2TP/IPSec but will randomly break connection.

On XP, everything's okay.

It's frustrating.

Since im going to use it for light internet surfing and email,I think I'll try with Starter Pack and if the speed is really good then will get valupack after my credit finish..

Since this starter pack is that pack alone which mean Im not tied with any contracts right..
In case the speed is not good,I can just keep that pack with me right..?

Another thing I saw in FAQ they said must use minimum RM30 per month..

as for my experienced yesterday, my customer successfully connected to his Shell VPN-AP.

so the yes plan charges 3 sen/mb... and they require you to use rm30 per month, which is 3 gb of data usage right? means its cheaper than the rm68 valuepack, which capped at 3.5 gb data usage, that is if i dont want to use the voice and sms...

pls correct if im wrong somewhere... if this is the case, i would definitely go for YES

although i can register new line, but the main problem is they keep on charging me rm30, and it's already more than 7 months i didn't used. if i register a new line, means i gonna owe more than hundreds in months time.

I tried to ask by phone to Yes Customer Service, go to a dealer, go to the YES Store in KL sentral, but no one can give me a definite answer.

I want to use Yes Life plan for my phone, Samsung Galaxy S2 that is running Android. But so far only iOS has the Yes Life app right?
So that means I can't use any YES plan for my phone? I don't want to use any dongle or MiFi or anything, I want to stick with only my phone, I am using Maxis sub line of RM30 with no data. I want to use YES for my phone to online only.

hi tech, from what i understand, only different devices can connect to the same account at same time, ie if u have 1 zoom, 1 huddle and 1 go, u can connect all to same account.
but if 2 go or 2 huddle or 2 zoom cannot.
