Get he details and try to solve it online. I'm sure it's just a simple mistake in the system. Just get the right person to check. This post has been edited by aneip: May 29 2011, 11:28 PM

I believe 3 months to expired. But even if you reload before 3 months.. You still have to pay up minimun RM30/month..
Eg.. you got RM20 credit, don't use for 2 months.. You credit will be 0 and when you reload, another RM40 will be deducted. RM30 for each month.

QUOTE(azrilyp @ May 30 2011, 02:12 PM) if dun use also has to pay? YES. That's why when they said no expiry date for reload people bashing them because it's meaningless. Credit not expired but will be deducted monthly. It's worse than credit expiry.

When the connection breaks it will search for network then reconnect automatically. Sometime i need to press connect myself and sometime i cannot reconnect and have to wait a few hours. Do you think the GO usb devise is faulty and should i bring it personally to lot 10 for them to check? My signal 1 to 2 bars .Thanks IT IS SO HARD TO BE A YES CUSTOMER me too.. If can't connect just plug out and wait a while (30 sec) then plug in back.. Usually directly can connect after that.

QUOTE(Icehart @ Jun 13 2011, 11:57 PM) 3-4 bars signal: Not sure what happened as previously I can get 3mbps easily. I tested before. 1 person do speedtest get 6-7 Mbps. 2 person do speedtest speed reduce to 4-5mbps each. Add 1 person can affect 1-2 mbps. Just imagine when people start using this increasing. Luckily it's a payu. They usage will not increase to much.

QUOTE(coconutzz @ Jun 29 2011, 08:51 AM) Hi I all, I would to ask, I just got a yes go! .. And was told need to top up monthly minimum rm30 My question is, if I dun finish rm30 within a month n I top up again , will my previous balance Be rolled over or forfeited? Thx It's not about balance, it's about spending RM30 per month.. If you got RM30 and you use RM20.. Next month balance will be 0. Balance RM10 deducted as commitment fee. If you got RM40 and you use RM20.. Next month balance will be 10. Balance RM10 deducted as commitment fee.

QUOTE(RAMChYLD @ Jul 1 2011, 03:56 PM) It's still not fair that they took extra steps tho. My question: Why can't I use VPN on Yes Huddle with Win7? Try to connect with PPTP, it will appear to connect. Then when try to browse, it will disconnect immediately while attempting to load the first webpage. Try with L2TP/IPSec, it will appear blocked - can connect, but cannot browse at all. On Linux can connect and browse, both PPTP and L2TP/IPSec but will randomly break connection. On XP, everything's okay. It's frustrating. Seems fine with me.. Cisco IPsec and Openvpn.. Just encounter problem if I use Yes Go.. Seems can connect. IP correct but its seems the routing cannot go through the VPN. Something like Yes Connect routing is takeover everything.

QUOTE(Ivan Sac @ Jul 10 2011, 01:07 PM) Thanks guys.. Now I know what to do.. Since im going to use it for light internet surfing and email,I think I'll try with Starter Pack and if the speed is really good then will get valupack after my credit finish.. Since this starter pack is that pack alone which mean Im not tied with any contracts right.. In case the speed is not good,I can just keep that pack with me right..? Another thing I saw in FAQ they said must use minimum RM30 per month.. 22. Do I still have to use a minimum of RM30 monthly when I purchase the Go Starter Pack? The minimum usage of RM30 will take effect after the second bill cycle. What does this mean? Simple, every month you credit will be deducted until rm 30. You use rm 20, will deduct 10. Use rm 5, deduct 25. Use 30 no additional deduction.

YES can be connected successfully with VPN. as for my experienced yesterday, my customer successfully connected to his Shell VPN-AP. VPN got many type.. I have not problem with huddle for openvpn & cisco ipsec. As for Cisco ipsec through yes go, got problem in routing. Connection can be established but the routing never take effect.. All traffic still go through yes go.. Seems like yes go application override everything.

QUOTE(eugoreez @ Jul 23 2011, 10:08 PM) hi.. just want to clarify some things... so the yes plan charges 3 sen/mb... and they require you to use rm30 per month, which is 3 gb of data usage right? means its cheaper than the rm68 valuepack, which capped at 3.5 gb data usage, that is if i dont want to use the voice and sms... pls correct if im wrong somewhere... if this is the case, i would definitely go for YES 3sen/mb = RM 30 ~= 1GB 3GB ~= RM90

QUOTE(eternity4av @ Jul 24 2011, 09:26 AM) although i can register new line, but the main problem is they keep on charging me rm30, and it's already more than 7 months i didn't used. if i register a new line, means i gonna owe more than hundreds in months time. They practice pre-paid.. They should not claim the money from you. Just email them, to closed the account. Ask them why after 2 months account still active? Should auto closed already..

QUOTE(xsaintzx @ Jul 24 2011, 11:53 PM) I want to use Yes Life plan for my phone, Samsung Galaxy S2 that is running Android. But so far only iOS has the Yes Life app right? So that means I can't use any YES plan for my phone? I don't want to use any dongle or MiFi or anything, I want to stick with only my phone, I am using Maxis sub line of RM30 with no data. I want to use YES for my phone to online only. Yes Life is for SMS and Phone call only.. You can't use Yes Life for internet access. It's will use you 3G Internet (Maxis) for call & SMS through Yes Life. If you wanna online, you need to use Huddle, its a MiFi device.

QUOTE(chickenshit36 @ Jul 25 2011, 11:22 AM) hi tech, from what i understand, only different devices can connect to the same account at same time, ie if u have 1 zoom, 1 huddle and 1 go, u can connect all to same account. but if 2 go or 2 huddle or 2 zoom cannot. @dinwaja in office lerr... I thought somebody already said can.. Basically I believe it's can. Hope the technical side of YES testing this and confirm customer question. Keyword = Test rather than what I know, what I understand.
