Last month been charged for the data usage bout RM133+. Its happen on my sub-line which never activate the DATA. Tis line is using HTC Desire phone.
I have made a complain to CS. They told me is the smartphone problem. Operator can help to block the data but cannot block the smartphone to active the data. I was 'LOL...!!!' Wat kind of F they talking bout? Since the line dun have data activation & also been block by network how can its us data for unknown reason? Kind of heart attack when saw the bill. |
