An update, I changed another iPhone 4 32GB (loose Home and Power button) at KLCC, was served by Ravin. Friendly and phone was replaced in 10 minutes. A WORLD of difference between Ahmad Buhari from Maxis Centre, Gardens and Ravin from KLCC. Ahmad Buhari - Argued for 20 minutes, phone replaced after 7 days (orders from higher management (my friend)). Ravin - No arguements, smiled alot, helpful and so willing to replace my phone even with a minor loose button problem.

would like to ask~
how to claim warranty from maxis?
if my iphone 4 stil got warranty ,but i dun have the service card(2nd owner)

without service card stil can claim?

apart from this, few others problem
- cannot access some websites, for example www.cnn.com
- cannot update or download appstore application that is less than 20MB (i found that this problem should be having difficulty to sign in or authorize my apple ID, i try sign out from app store through Settings -> Store, and then try re-sign in, it takes forever to load )

the above problem all cant be solve by using wifi (streamyx, digi 3G, P1 all can)

do not know is it only affect Maxis iPhone users 

then i guess we ALL need to report this to maxis? 
maybe with all the complain, then will maxis do something bout this 

i had strage prob, at my place in pj area the signal verry ok, but when i get into my house the 3g signal come to 1 bar only or doesnt hav at all, izzit maxis prob or my device prob or my house prob =.=~

Update on the Maxis issue, got a call from Maxis tech support yesterday and they are aware of it (basically admitting yeah we have a problem). However they are 'unsure of the cause and are still investigating'.

Just wanted to share my experience. My iPhone 4 had intermittent home button problem. Went to Maxis, KLCC yesterday to replace my iPhone 4 32GB Black. Took 'em 1 hour to get me my replacement unit. Not sure if it's brand new or refurbished though. Very pleased with the service. Prior to this, I went to Maxis, The Gardens but they said I need to wait 2 weeks and they suggested I try KLCC. Also purchased another unit (2nd plan) of the iPhone 4 32GB White and they had ready stock.

Yes, got my i4 White at KLCC yesterday.

But only 1 thing need improve is their air-cond system. There is HQ, but the temperature is like outdoor only. 

They always overcharge ppl. Then the HQ aircond & computer always problem. Meaning like showing us they also dun1 to overcharge us but situation force to be.

@koh_424: And yes, their AC sucks! But entrance isn't so bad, still can tahan. However, the area around the Hotlink section is really hot! Feels like sauna...

Maxis HQ there is really like no aircond + Hotlink department is near the entrance. So outside hot air blow in to the HQ. I even saw the payment reception got a small fan there. Good they earn our money yet to upgrade their HQ.

How to built ppl confident with Maxis for this kind of lame HQ   

Service for them i would say 'average'. Warranty claim i dunno others Telco can do tat or not. But my fren claimed his i4 warranty under DiGi, used bout 2weeks only manage to get back to set.

U treat ppl good then they treat u also good la. U asam muka with them they more asam than u wat. Normal human being rite?

The biggest issue bout them is the OVERCHARGE problem.

I tried tat also, called to Maxis Center to make noise on it. Even i have maid the payment, still manage to waived the overcharge amount. Or else, my GF make noise on me.   

Tis is the biggest point for them to improve in terms to attract more customer.

even in digi my gf face this problem also.. lol

but luckily Digi implement a maximum charges per day for GPRS .. meaning any usage exceeding RM xx will be charge at RM xx only..
but my gf was unlucky la.. the GRPS turn on automatically around 11pm something.. and continues till midnight 3+.. meaning 2 days dy = =

wondering to also.. =(
but currently too expensive for her.. anyway after that issue.. she cut down all grps mms all .. 
paid few hundred bucks for nothing 

Actually, I've had no issues with Maxis' staff @ KLCC/The Gardens. They're really friendly and helpful. It's just the bad AC in KLCC HQ that makes most (if not all) customers grumpy, in my opinion.

They provided 2 air cooler in the middle of the counter ma. U can stand nearby or sit nearby there la. Better
