Im actually quite regret getting SC2.

Sure, it's a damn good RTS but i never have much time to play and playing SC2 after a stressful day is never a good idea.I got it for almost a month, only played like 15 games. FAIL.

After a stressful day, It is not really something you would want to play and relax when you get home.

FPS still seems better to relieve stress. tongue.gif

Go checkout Blitzone behind KDU.
Was playing it there with some friends that did not want to buy the game.

They have userids already created so it will auto-login for you.
Just that might be a bit hard to find your friend in the friend list to add to your party as all has the same character name blitzone. tongue.gif

one question:

i'm training Terran and recently practiced with AI co-op... I would use the normal strategy to turtle and build units (is this confirm good?)

problem is always I turtle wrong positions till block the road for my siege tanks and thors to exit (using medicvacs to transport them out is soo mafan).. Any recommended struc positions to share at that bottleneck entrance? unsure.gif

Need to learn how to build the supply depots and rax etc correctly man... if all supply depots stack there only also cannot coz too fragile.

Of course I would have bunkers and siege tanks nearby that area.. but problem is once build wanna demolish, then hard liao... need sell or destroy  sweat.gif

You can just lift off the rax or whatever building you used to block to let your units out.
There was one replay I see that he used the rax and the factory at the bottom of the ramp to block.
Then he lift them up to let his units in or out.

For the moment, you still can't do that.
It was only available in beta.
Now you need to publish the map to be able to see it in battle.net for people to download and play.

Hmm? You mean downloaded from battle.net?
It is stored within the cache. You can't access it.

It should work. Have you tried taking your friend's copy and test it on your laptop? I saw your post at the games garage sales section haha.

Why? Are you facing any problems?

Best is to just take your friend's copy install on your laptop and ask him to logon on your laptop to test the game.
Blinking could be caused by a wrong refresh rate with your lcd screen.
Switch on vertical sync and see if it helps.

Probably achievement system went down.
I had it happen to me before.
I logged out and back in and I get the message telling me achievement system is back online or something.

Just load back the game to the nearest point to the end as you can get and finish up the game for the achievement.

Going to try and diagnose your problem.

Have you patched the game yet as there are minor patches out.
Have you tried reinstalling the game yet.

Weird. You wanna try and replace your cache?
It is probably trying to update your maps with new ones but the connection or some other problem is causing you to be not able to get the maps.
Just a guess though.

If you want to try that out, PM me and I'll send you a link to the cache that I just uploaded recently to help the guys at battle.net forums.
Or you can just go there and pick it up. tongue.gif

There's a place that I would recommend.
Come and join the Malaysia SEA community on sea.battle.net.
Join them on skype as well.

They would sometimes have king of the hill games where we 1v1 one another and sometimes if we're lucky we get some diamonds and we get to see their game play and learn as well. Though you will get selected to play and probably get owned in the process but at least the people in the group can tell you what you need to improve.

But basically for starters, choose a race.
For shortcut keys, the most important one would be what builds your scv, probe or drone.
Then pickup what shortcut keys build what units.
Remember to always attack move.

But all that practice is for naught if in the end you're still afraid to lose or afraid that your score looks bad. tongue.gif

Haha wah so early in the morning.
If I join you'll probably see me build pylon in enemy base but not because I trying to proxy, probably because I mistaken that the base was mine. Still half asleep at that time.

How to join? Have to lurk on the NA side of the battle.net forums?
