For those who had experienced more than 30 minutes install, be sure to defrag your HD first, clean all those junk porn eh files.
Other than the BattleNet update, it only took me 20 minutes to finish the installation (without the update). I can see the need to login everytime you want to play the game can be quite annoying, but at least it's still BETTER than Games for Windows login (I am looking at you Relic with your stupid support of GFWL) |

Guys, for some reason my sc2 has no maps at all...anyone care to point me in the right direction?
(Yes ori sc2 like u guys, tried joining games in practice and normal league also couldnt, probably because ive got no maps at all) |

Man does anyone have like...mini lag spikes when you play multiplayer? Like every few seconds lag for 0.5 seconds? Quite annoying...

I think the bnet servers are down for maintenance. That's the notice you get from the US bnet webpage (after login).

Great, they choose weekend to do maintenance.
Finally I think the solution for those who cannot playing multiplayer(no map, button grey out,cannot play with AI,.....) when you hover your mouse to that grey button(disable status)it will show that not available while downloading, so you just wait at there until it finish then all should be ok. Yesterday I also cannot go in multiplayer nor vs AI in single player. It keep showing download map. (I think maybe becos I direct after install without restart pc). Then today becos I already off the machine and on back so it work. Those that having problem can try and see. Hope that it work for you. |
