I live in a high rise too, but the techs got all my services running (after running into a problem at the riser level). after i made sure everything was tested (they insisted on making me turn on IPTV and calling using the DECT phone). btw im also on ZTE BTU. I live on the fourth floor and all they did when they come install was just plug and play. Everything works fine except IPTV cause I don't have a TV to test it so the stuff is still in the box. They tell me whenever I have a TV i can call the service center to arrange a day to help me install the STB but I don't think I will use it as I'm only renting a room here haha

I know. 2 guys came to install on that day and when one found out that I am IT student he kept on telling his co-worker that I can probably do everything myself anyway from setting the router to that IPTV but his co-worker kept insisting on me calling the CS when I want to use the STB haha
