This Afternoon, I was on my way to Serdang/Putrajaya for the NAHA expo...darm...this is the 1st time seeing the whole SKVE jam up bumper to bumper & ppl willing to park 2-3km from MAHA ground....

I decided to detour & kai-kai at Alamnada instead....Din know ppl like agriculture & going green liao haha

BTW...due to the LRT & also probably Carrefour, The stagnant property price surrounding Puchong Perdana was reported weeks earlier somewhere-lah haha as teh highest inflated rate in whole Klanmg Valley at 17% since begining of the year!! BTW, Puchong Utama even kheng..experiencing 30% jump since early this year!!

Apparently the retail outlets at Setia Walk "akan dibuka" on April Fool's Day 2011.

Hi guys, you all noticed that there's an increased PDRM presence in Bdr Puteri and Wawasan areas? Not sure about the rest but I saw mounted police recently and police heli doing frequent flyovers. Also many mobile police beats are being set up near banks as well. I hope this will be permanent as the town area gets larger. However double parking is still a problem in wawasan town and puchong utama, in front of Citibank, HSBC, etc..eventhough the council is towing away cars. Wonder why ppl cnt walk a bit by parking elsewhere and biggest culprits are those with big cars, mpvs, suvs..afraid kena kidnap izit? 

I was stuck for nearly half hour on the road just after MBB in Bdr Puteri towards CIMB as 2 idiots parked on both side of the road and did not bother to move them eventhough ppl honked their horns. Anyway we can complain to MPSJ?

Got man...I see a few kapchai cops (2 bikes) going in and out around 1230pm near W2. Also a mobile unit (like HK) outside of mamak shop at wawasan, twice same time already! Waiting for horsey patrol again next time coming down the hill near w1. Think Citibank area too hot, so maybe moved to Public Bank/HongLeong. They should get rid of the pesky 5-foot salesmen who harass customers of PBB too..

Traffic sure increase..wait for Setia Walk..dunno how the 4pm-8pm traffic gonna cope coming from Wawasan since ppl need to U-turn near Setia walk instead of near Tesco to go back to IOI.

Just to inform that Carrefour Puchong is officially opened Today and almsot all the shops inside there also opened Today...They given free goodies bags & also free lunch when I was there ~ 3pm

The area now jam! Lotsa hungry Puchongkia there too. Saw lotsa shoppers getting multiple goodies bags too..The best of m'sian kiasuness

most waitress and chef(s) are from Myanmar...
not going there anymore...

Mall-in-a-park first of its kind in Malaysia

TWO Malaysian actors plan to open a shopping mall within a park in October next year, said to be the first of its kind in Malaysia
Dubbed an outdoor living mart, the project will occupy a land area of 5.9ha located between Puchong, Seri Kembangan and Putrajaya.

The project, dubbed "Garden Explore", will cover seven major zones of outdoor retailing lots, a plaza and entertainment hall, offices, cafes, restaurants and one petting zoo.

"It's the first of its kind in Malaysia but there have been similar developments in China," said Jack Lim, a director of Green Atmosphere Sdn Bhd, at the launch in Kuala Lumpur yesterday.

Managing director Nick JM Wong, a former actor, controls the firm while Weng Zheng Steel Bhd chairman Tan Ching Kee is the adviser.

Construction work is due to start after the Chinese New Year next year. The company has not set any revenue target for the pioneer project.

"The gross development value of the project is RM20 million and this does not include the land cost which was leased from Tempo Properties Sdn Bhd," Lim said.

He declined to reveal the leasing cost, which runs for 10 years.

A unique feature of the project is that cars will not be allowed into the area. Rather, visitors will have to walk or cycle their way through the mall.

tried Kimchiharu at IOI Boulevard during Xmas eve. Horrible service. Maybe due to overwhelming crowd during Xmas eve. Waited for an hour for the food and 45 minutes for my drink. and I only ordered a glass of warm water! 

Then tried Tenji2 during New Year's eve. I would say the food choice is not that much yet and most of the workers are not local eh? But it was during promotion period so RM66 is not that bad. However, they don't have two seaters so me and my gf had to share together with other ppl like the sushi bar kinda table. Damn 'spacious' lo... = =

Day time when i was out for few hours. Coming my cutting my gate & grill locks. 

No lor..I also dun trust alarm system. Thinking why-lah wanna ransack por ppl house? Anyway, just added xtra protection to my grill lock recently..anti-theft lock cup/ear haha
