aiyo, I scared that kind of neck twisting.  Last time I used to go Ruby, Market Road in Taiping, and they do the head cracking stuff.  On another note, can anyone recommend a reliable electrician?  Need to install more power points and a fan to suck hot air out of my stairwell - must get ready for the hot weather liao.
*
It is not really effective by suck hot air out. Unless you do cooking. Cause you will let the hot air flow in too.

What I do is, close the door and window at the kitchen side to block the air in. Close the blind and open less the front door. That would keep the cool temp in the house more longer. I try not let the morning cool temp in the house escape out. At least stay longer time.

If you suck the cool air out, outside hot air will flow in.

Hot air cannot flow in from outside because I close all the doors and windows, esp if I have the aircon on downstairs. But during hot weather I notice hot air tends to flow up and get stuck inside the stairwell.  I also plan to knock a hole in my bedroom, install a fan and suck cool air in at night.
*
Your upstair have the ventilate hole or window? (water tank area) The hot air rise and should flow out from there. If block or don't have, sure the hot air can't escape. Maybe a best place to put the exhaust fan there too. Cause it quite noisy.

Got the service at wawasan barber, same row as 7/11. Tell the guy to do it for you. Another place is in SS2 same row as Kayu nasi Kandar, far end row, look for the barber's pole.
Where in Puchong did you go for this or someplace else? Have rotator cuff problem  cry.gif
*
I think puchong have chinese type somewhere in BP.

Somewhere else, is at the subang jaya ss17/1a. There is only 1 row shop. Another is before crown princess hotel if come from federal. If not mistaken call yayasan selangor. If want half chinese, half western, sea park behind the shell shell station row of shop.

Maxis fixed line got this problem with cannot connect to the alarm system?  Damn I need to do my renovations first before I can instal alarm.  Will cost 30 times more than the alarm liao!
*
No lah. Maxis fix line no prolem with alarm system. 10yrs+ using liao.

Better install first before renovation as you can conseal the wire. If not your house look ugly and mess with wire and trunking.

But don't they need to redo a lot if I later koyak one door and replace wif window and then do another door?  Can give feedback about the company you went to?  Now got feedback about two from aeiou and stimix.
*
The cable is pretty standard. Just need to change the sensor either vibrate type or magnet type.

If can do it together. When your contractor finish install window or door, but not yet cement or finishing, instal the alarm. Than do the finishing.

always trip but only the gate burn >< shakehead.gif  but the telephone(TM line) also always kena(from outisde of coz)... until I don't dare to use that has memory one(got battery inside)
*
Maybe you can try install a lightning protection to your electrical system. Improve your earthing. That good enough to protect all your equipment. There is a local company doing this. Go here --> www.lpsystem.com

For phone line, get a belkin power point to protect. Once kena strike and spoil, take it to belkin SC and change another 1. Makesure you claim the equipment too. It come with lifetime warranty and claiming with limited amount according the model you buy. I have claim 2x liau. The SC at puchong too.

Axian was discussed earlier in Dim Sum thread, Travel & Living. Apparently, there's rumour that Axian do not want himself to be associated wth the dim sum outlet & rebrand under a famous Hong Kong Dim Sum "Luk Yu"

Not sure how true
*
Maybe partner dispute?

Or reputation going down cause by bad dim sum. hmm.gif
