just make a call to sunway office, they say we should receive the invoice...so anyone receive the invoice?
the overdue no interest charges, we can pay anytime...can bank in, prepare the cheque and pay at sales office or sunway office. the maintenance fees is for help us throwing rubbish clean up the house... haha... 1 time pay not yearly... so i wait for them to bill me the remind 3 item only make payment...then no need make 2 time payment... anyone already make payment? |

hi guy, there is a shell petrol station under construction at sunway kayangan.... i think operate soon... next time no need find petrol station before going back home already
was waiting this facility quite long time... the shop lot i think also going to hand over to buyer soon... hope to have a starbucks coffee shop there... ahahhaha |
