what you have saw in the mock up unit is what we will get after 2 yrs... the toilet is nice, besides that the car porch area also i like it...not much renovation already... if the 2nd and 3rd floor not wood flooring then is perfect already... haha

today i have received a call from my loan lawyer, they request me to pay extra for the PLA cost...
they say because developer start building the house without consent, that why bank will not release money without consent... and we have to do another procedure which cost RM 1k++

it that anyone have the same problem with me?

they say due to i change loan lawyer that why the lawyer forgot to count in the cost, if you use back SPA lawyer than should be no problem... they will help u all settle everything... and u just need to pay money only haha

hrmm... just paid the 2A 10% about 1mth ago.. now receive 2B (15%) and 2C (10%).... how come so fast ask for the payment... is that any buyer facing the same?

based on my SPA the house should be done April 2014... but look at the payment like we may get it early.... later will go to sales office ask for the detail...

just went to the sales office.... yes our house already 40-45% done...

Mei say the construction is start all together, so we will get the house together with all buyer... not phase by phase....

only left end lot and corner lot..... all intermediate sold out...

end lot is about 800k++, corner i not sure
u may call to sales office and ask, may be still got discount promotion

yes, new launch is Semi detected 30 * 65 selling price 800K++ also....
the house model already at sales office will official launch on next mth...total like got 100 unit

if not mistaken just behind the land reserve for school....

no idea yet... haha..

Yes, the vege and fruit quite fresh not like giant and tesco...
and also a lot organic food... hehe....

no cinema inside the plaza, and dun think will have... but u can go to setia mall GSC, only 15-20 min from SAS... now i always went to Setia mall... near and no jam...

same here...

actually compare the pricing with other developer resounding there sunway price was reasonable and more cheaper... and quality also not bad...

just the land size a bit small.....but i feel that was enough for 5 family member.
