My torrent goes about 20kbps to 100kbps.

My internet surfing goes MAX 40kbps.

CS I dunno. But Level 1 called me. Still teh same

I am suspecting they throttling HTTP traffic port 80.

Cos with torrent I hit 1Mbps

So they say they're gonna upgrade the bandwidth backend. Woot. Finally.

You know callcentres go by 3 levels, Level 1, 2 and 3?

For me minus the vid streaming part I almost hit 2GB. So I guess it's do-able, but you really have to monitor your usage.
