wow.. buyers bought 2xx-3xxk (with dibs/progressive interest free) and transacted for 400-550k.
Buyers huat huat even though many ppl criticized this project.

Yes it was built by Peter Group...ppl were saying all sort of things then....luckily they pulled it off.

1120 residents have plenty of job opportunity along okr towards kl then travel the other way to pjcc....

Pjcc is a joke to me....

But honestly you need to familiar w the previously known as taman sentosa b4 you move in to 1120. The surrounding is not for everyone......

Read many pages.. some bad things happened around there but owners (1120) who keep it until today easily made 100% of profits.

the surroundings in sri manja is not that bad and improving. dato harun should be more problematic but they are a bit separated. inside 1120 it is quite good for the initial price actually and the guards are doing their job.

200K profits in pocket ad, I don't think any 1120 owners are suffering of -ve. Congrats.

Exactly agree. The born and bred who heavily influenced by hong kong movies' young and dangerous are mostly still sit in taman sri sentosa with their old folks one way or another. Now you will see them with their children around. Let's cross finger those children will not be like father like son else the environment will not be any different in the years down the road.

But cannot upgrade...downgrade also need to move to similar kinda environment or far away place.
