Type is selling for 4xxk, kinda cheap.. is this area (PJ south) nearby pjcc? This condo looks okay wo, any advise on this area/pjcc?
Pjcc, this area suitable for own stay / investment purpose? |

wow.. buyers bought 2xx-3xxk (with dibs/progressive interest free) and transacted for 400-550k.
