The area is well known for its crime rate all the while. Now there is a new developed condo with crappy security built in the middle, it is like Christmas day for all the crooks and criminals there. Good luck staying there until things begin to improve.

Hi... I am moving in soon.
by the way... I just realize the centralized Astro disc is just a normal Astro and not Astro Beyond HD. According to the management office, many residents complained on this and yet they can't promise on when they will upgrade it to Astro Beyond HD.  Any solution for this?  |

My unit@B1 just got broken into...total loss 13K..suspects are the Guards..caught them peeking in few times into my unit.
-1120 Apt got no Car sticker -only recently got resident card No point coz guards easily let in people with motorcycle and walk in...i keep questioning em when they let those people in. Guard just respond yes and no. the police came and told me during his duty record itself @1120 Apt got 2 break in report and 1 Veilfire stolen with nice num plate (Kxx 1) *sigh* |
