hi there,
i am interested on renting a unit in this condo but i have some concerns as below:
1) Is that all unit in this condo comes with 2 car parks? If a tenant want to rent, is the rental including 2 car parks?
2) Tenancy agreement - must be minimum 12 months? Can it be for 6 months only?
3) I heard that the telephone lines not availabe in the unit as for now, is it true? Same goes to TM Unifi. I need to have wired internet access if i rent in this condo.
4) Astro installation - is it allowed or the condo have centralized dish?
5) Syabas - the meter is individual or not?
6) Are this condo has prayer hall (surau)?

still very low occupancy rate after 6 mth hand over, but already can see negro .

Hi everyone stay at 1120 Park Avenue, pls be aware do not left any important thing in your car. This morning my neighbour car break by someone and stolen his bag. According to the head of security, he said someone break his car early morning 5am and my neighbour suspect that is internal people not outsider. Please be careful

yes, someone broken in to a car today/last night at block 5... i'm not sure if the management want to cut cost or what, but they switch off the light before 7am. from lobby to car park is so dark and dangerous.
They will only switch on light after 7pm, sometime i need to use my hp as touch light when i want to open the main door lock! wtf, pay management fees for nothing !!

the area is HOT area for crime. if u dont beleive go ask police station nearby.
hence the management really need to step up their security.

Yup u are right... my neigbour just make the police report and the police mention to him that 1120 Park Avenue have a lot of cases just within a few month. Break in house, motor stolen today break in car. |
