i am interested on renting a unit in this condo but i have some concerns as below:

1) Is that all unit in this condo comes with 2 car parks? If a tenant want to rent, is the rental including 2 car parks?
2) Tenancy agreement - must be minimum 12 months? Can it be for 6 months only?
3) I heard that the telephone lines not availabe in the unit as for now, is it true? Same goes to TM Unifi. I need to have wired internet access if i rent in this condo.
4) Astro installation - is it allowed or the condo have centralized dish?
5) Syabas - the meter is individual or not?
6) Are this condo has prayer hall (surau)?
