Not, it can't use on USB port (that USB port is just to supply power to Diagnostic Card); it use on oldies notebook which had mini-PCI (not desktop mother board's PCI slot, beware)

hello memkingdom, i just bought a POSTCARD from you, which says its for PCI, i am unsure how to stick it in.

currently i can stick in it the PCI slot this way but there are no diagnostic codes being shown.

if i put the post card in to fit the left side of the PCI slot the postcard does not respond at all.

please avise

Yes, you plug into correct and right position.

Diagnotics POST Card is to show code while mother board malfunction during switch on your PC (in POST State that haven't go into windows yet), and we can knew which part of component / IC was spoil

If your mother board is working perfectly, then it surely showning code 00 that means your mother board is working fine.

As you can tried to unplug keyboard, monitor cable, RAM, processor while switch-on your computer, then you will see POST code show

I wouldve bought it if it had pcie bracket so I can use pci riser and hook this thing up to it and mount it vertically cause my case has support for mounting pci cards vertically
