BitDefender? For slower computer (netbook) i use Avira coz it use less system resources but for high end computer im using Avast!.....

Both antivirus works great and user friendly, unlike jackie chan Kaspersky.....lol laugh.gif

It all depends one.. Just understand that no AV/IS is 100% detection rate and removal of the virus/trojan/malware .. Because they continue to evolve.. That's why layered security is recommended for advanced users..

My choice would be MSE + Spybot.
Works like a charm for me.

You don't need to pay for security, cos there's no security to being with.

Lol.

it's recommended to hv only 1 real-time antivirus in ur system,
try to dl malwarebytes' antimalware and superantispyware as on-demand scanner too. smile.gif

Detection rate doesn't seem convincing in VB100 test and av-comparatives. But thanks for the sharing smile.gif

avast! 5 and panda cloud av is the lightest i've ever used.. even Avira.. but the free one is missing behavior analysis program and web protection..

It's where you put your Internet Browser .exe to run inside and if infected it's only within the sandbox and won't infect your system. More to virtualisation or the application.
