 Advice on whey and mass gainer, which one shud i take 1st?

I m 172cm n 51 kg. I wanna start to do gym workout and at 1st i try to buy BSN True Mass which cost 280++. But my friend got a whey protein(i guess it is) which called MuscleTech Nitro Tech Hardcore. He juz bought not long ago and wanted to sell to me for 200 bucks. I tot i wanna add some weight b4 doing gym but he say the whey can work as a mass gainer also. So here i wanna ask it is rite to take the whey b4 i take a mass gainer? It the whey work as the same as the True Mass weight gainer? Thanks in advance for all the advice.

whey is mostly protein while mass gainer is carb + protein + fat. So the calorie is more compared to whey protein.

take mass gainer before and after workout. Until your develop your tummy ...

first of all, ure a hardgainer or easy gainer? means, will u easily put on weight, or easily lose weight? but.. since ure 51kg, i assume ure hardgainer...

taking nitrotech hardcore pro series, wont make much difference on ur body...as the calorie is not enuff..

ur body need 3500 extra calorie for u to gain 1 LBS of bodyweight... or 1kg (either one.. google it)

so.. i think weight gainer is more suitable for u...

yes, ur tummy will gain too...but..no pain, no gain. sacrifice ur look for awhile to develop ur body smile.gif

definitely weight gainer for ur case.
it's hard to notice any difference if u take only whey plus not eating much.
i was a 50+kg guy before.
now closing in at 70kg.
how?
weight gainer + eat like mad.
always try to eat healthy whenever possible.
in the end, weight gaining is about calorie in >>> calorie out.
not to forget, workout and exercise.
you dun want only ur tummy to grow big rite?

haha remind me of myself when i started..

i started around 55kg like that...
spam on weight gainers because i wanted to gain and ate a whole bunch of pasta 2 hours apart...

and now still trying to do the same again..
and yess...the tummyy sure besarrrr hahah... face all chubby haha ...

i know im a fast gainer/easily fat person so i have no trouble picking protein. so i picked whey + eat alot of veges/lean meat/fruits/essential oils
