Ask that Bruce guy to come KL n try his style in Petaling Street see he die or not la. So damn rude man shoving that big flash straight into ppls faces.
I think those Ah bengs will snatch his DSLR and baling on street.
Oh my god. I saw many video showing police stopping and harass the photographer for taking pictures/filming in the street ! Phobia already.
If you cooperate and be the "good and innocent" guy and comply with what they say, there really isn't much to worry about la .That is if you don't mind giving up your rights la
Well just bear this in mind, you have every right to photograph in a public space

Problem is, the public is kinda sensitive when the camera are pointed towards them. Going to China next month. Gonna try out my candid skills. Hopefully will not get cursed. Coz you know la, Chinese in China are kinda different from the Chinese in Malaysia.

Hence the fly in the wall thing.. and the "dslr fag" thing.... and the obnoxious rude man thing... in the non-photographic world, sometimes people with camera are seen as pest.
The camera guys thinks about his flash compensation and the public thinks WTF is he taking flash photos in the restaurant at the first place.

Totally agreed. One man's food is another man's poison. It all depends on one's point of view and understanding.
If that Bruce guy flashed me in the face like that video, I'd whack him n take his Leica.
While Unker Ian and that Bruce guy are busy engaging in mortal kombat , I will slip in quietly and steal both their Leicas . I'll be rich rich rich!!! Mua ha ha ha.

Unker Ian has advantage as his 1DMkIII makes a better club than Bruce's Leica M
Btw, besides samurai1337... anyone else here using GF1? Very tempted since it's much cheaper now, S90 feels a lil slow and can't bring my dslr everywhere
