If you've already downloaded.

Perform the following

On the text box where you want to type in
Press and hold the screen
Then "Select input method" , select Google IME.

And done.

Have you tried sending it to someone else who reads mandarin?

Try the normal stuff

Rebooting phone
Uninstalling and reinstalling IME

See if it works, because for me no issues.

I am also having this problem. Warning message about corrupted message, change input to automatic when press send. Receiving party sees question marks only.

On JM2. Will research and try again tomorrow. Sleep time now.

what i mean was not obvious scratch..just a little bit of hairline scratch that only can see by reflect it with the light and look closely..
but my screen confirm dun have any hairline scratch no matter how hard i look at it..

many ppl said the CSC file came from JM5 has few extra apps like navigation for Russia and otaprovider(OTA to get firmware over the air?? )

but i flash it using CSC file from JM2

restoring apps + data now and will run Quadrant later...
i think it will be slightly snappier than JM2

just done quadrant benchmark and get 888(nice number )
but duno y many ppl can get around 900..hmm

ckdeion - i answered the on/off screen thing already.

There is an autolock on market
and a shake to unlock as well.

Use both in combo and you can do on/off screen without pressing button.
